Airbnb takes a cut of every booking, and that cost is built into the price you see there. When you book here, that cut disappears, so the same dates cost less.
Booking is handled by the same secure system we use for Airbnb and Vrbo, so your dates are confirmed on the spot and our calendars never double-book.
What one night costs, depending on where you book.
*This is an example. Prices vary depending on the date, but booking here will always be cheaper. Vrbo also adds its own service fee at checkout.
Questions go straight to the two people who own and care for these homes.
Payments run through Hospitable, the same platform that manages our Airbnb and Vrbo bookings.

The house was beautiful and charming. It was a perfect get away for my husband and I! … The outside space was wonderful – the hot tub, sitting area, and hammock. Christina was always kind, helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would rent again.
Such an INCREDIBLE space! Even more spacious than photos! … The huge windows were everything as we could see vast sunsets and pretty patio lights from the brewery across the way. … Balcony with hammock was huge plus for our quiet evenings.
My dog Shockley and I really enjoyed our two day hiatus … It was cozy, personable, eclectic and host is amazing and helpful. The hot tub was my favorite as I needed to decompress. Location cannot be beat; a couple blocks to downtown LOVEland!
The beds were comfortable, the air hockey was a blast, and we took advantage of the massage chair. It was surprisingly quiet for being downtown. The biggest surprise though, was walking through the door for the first time. The loft is so big and spacious.
Perfect spot to roam around downtown Loveland. We walked everywhere. Restaurants, pubs, gift shops are minutes away (also ice cream!). Very convenient for Estes and RMNP.
Beautiful large open space and easily walkable as it was centrally located! … The beds… I seriously looked at the type of bed and purchased one to be ordered [to] my house. 100/10. You won't regret booking this stay!

A small downtown with a big arts scene, foothills trails on the edge of town, and Rocky Mountain National Park up the canyon.
Coffee shops, breweries, galleries, Indian, Mexican, and Thai food, and shops along Fourth Street.
A free park filled with outdoor sculpture. Loveland is known for its bronze foundries and public art.
An easy-to-moderate foothills trail along a rocky ridge, good for a morning hike.
Drive up the Big Thompson Canyon for elk, alpine lakes, and Trail Ridge Road.
Old Town, a college-town feel, and some of Colorado's best-known breweries.
Loveland's Valentine re-mailing program has postmarked love letters from here for decades.
Hi there! We're a self-employed couple who live and work in downtown Loveland. I run a portrait studio downtown, and my husband, Vi, is a national champion fiddler.
We've stayed in plenty of rentals ourselves, and we've set up these two homes the way we wish more places were: comfortable beds, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and plenty of little extras. If you love Indian, Mexican, or Thai food as much as we do, ask us for our favorite spots.
We hope you fall for this little town the way we did.
Pick your home, pick your dates, and we'll leave the porch light on.
